Services. Stillwater Mental Health Services provides Teen Counseling, Parent Counseling, Young Adult Counseling, Trauma Therapy, Grief Counseling and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Stillwater Mental Health Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Account Closure. Stillwater Mental Health Services reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Warranty Disclaimer. Stillwater Mental Health Services makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Stillwater Mental Health Services arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stillwater Mental Health Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. IL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of IL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. Stillwater Mental Health Services may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
